The Bill (Reg. No.2159) introduces amendments and supplements to certain articles of the Laws "On the State Social Aid to the Low-Income Families", "On the State Social Aid to the Persons not liable to Pension, and the Disabled", " On the State Social Aid to the Disabled from Birth, and the Disabled Children", which enhance State support of the disabled from birth, low-income families with the disabled children, single and low-income disabled and persons that take care of the disabled on a permanent basis.
The Committee believes that the Bill can adopted at the First Reading with due account taken of introduced remarks and motions.
